She has worked extensively with people struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, relationship issues, work-related concerns, and anxiety and depression. Helen’s compassionate and person-centred approach creates a safe space for her clients to explore their emotions and find solutions to their challenges. Helen is proficient in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She is also well-versed in Parts Work, an innovative therapeutic approach that helps individuals resolve conflicts between various parts of themselves that may be holding them back from healing. Additionally, Helen has experience with Integrated Family Systems and has applied it to working with parts of the self to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotions.
