Kate is a dedicated Registered Psychologist with over five years of experience working within the disability sector, supporting clients across Queensland and Victoria.
Having worked with children, adolescents and adults, Kate is well-versed in supporting individuals living with a range of conditions, including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism, developmental disorders, and OCD.
Kate employs Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) as a core therapeutic approach, and creates a solution-focused, compassionate, and person-centred environment to support positive change. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, respect, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs, empowering them to reach their full potential.
