Lin-Rose is a seasoned social worker, with a rich and diverse 30-year career in the field. Throughout her professional journey, she has held various roles in government, non-government, and private practice settings.

She has worked with children, adolescents and adults, addressing a wide array of issues. These include anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, post-traumatic stress disorder, domestic violence, sexual assault, and personality disorders. Her therapeutic approaches involve Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
