What Sophie loves about working in mental health
“I enjoy supporting individuals to develop skills and fluency in managing their difficulties and challenges, which inevitably come at different times in life. Supporting people to grab a hold of these skills and apply them, as well as develop understanding in how they interact with the world, others and themselves and make positive therapeutic change, is what individually motivates me as a psychologist.”
