Professional experience

Rochelle is an experienced social worker with over 15 years of clinical experience across both public and private health sectors. Her work spans a range of settings including community, inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth services.

Rochelle has worked extensively in areas such as women’s and children’s health, newborn care, chronic and complex health conditions, disability, and aged care. Rochelle has a strong background in working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in both urban and remote settings.

She provides support for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, burnout, domestic and family violence, grief and loss, bereavement and trauma across the lifespan. Rochelle has a particular interest in Dementia support, Palliative and end-of-life care.

Rochelle offers leadership and wellbeing support for women in management through mentoring and practical guidance. In addition to English, Rochelle is fluent in French and Mauritian Creole.
