Access Psych is not a bulk billing clinic, so payment is required on the day before your counselling session.
If your therapy is covered by Medicare, we will assist with processing all eligible rebates.
If you are covered by Private Health Insurance, we will email a copy of your invoice so you can make a claim with your insurer.
If your counselling session is related to a workplace injury and you’re covered by Workers Compensation*, we will send the invoice direct to your insurer.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sessions will be invoiced directly with your employer.
