Professional experience
Isabelle is a client-focused mental health professional who supports individuals to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.
Her work experience includes a role at a national NDIS provider, where she supports NDIS participants to build insight into their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. This support helps participants to navigate challenges and move toward meaningful progress aligned with their NDIS plans. During her studies, Isabelle enjoyed a placement at the University Psychology Clinic, where she supported clients with diverse presentations to identify and work towards their goals.
Isabelle is skilled in delivering evidence-based interventions and draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy. She supports people living with anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, and PTSD.
Isabelle’s approach is warm, collaborative, non-judgemental and goal-oriented. She values creating a safe and supportive space where individuals feel empowered to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.
