Isabelle is a clinician with experience supporting clients across both NDIS and private practice settings. She has worked with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, presentations,
diagnoses, and personal goals, and brings a flexible, person-centred approach to her work.
Isabelle is committed to providing compassionate and individualised support, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Her focus is on helping clients develop practical strategies, build emotional insight, and strengthen confidence in managing life’s challenges.
She is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their personal growth. Isabelle’s practice is
grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and she is currently undertaking further training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Isabelle values ongoing professional development and integrates a range of therapeutic modalities to support meaningful, sustainable change and long-term wellbeing.
