This experience has strengthened Kate’s belief in the power of connection, compassion, and self-expression in fostering resilience and growth.

Kate’s therapeutic interests include psychoeducation, attachment theory, relationship dynamics, and developmental psychology. What Kate loves about working in mental health

“Working in mental health allows me to support people in finding inner strength and resilience, during their most difficult moments. I am naturally collaborative, curious and empathetic, combining compassion with continuous learning. Every client teaches me something new about the human experience, and it is deeply fulfilling to help people gain insight through psychoeducation and awareness, allowing clients to make meaningful changes in their lives.”
