Erica Zhou
Professional experience
Erica is a Registered Psychologist who works with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, stress and burnout, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and work-related issues.
She has a particular interest in supporting people who are exploring questions of identity, culture, and belonging. Erica is able to offer support in Cantonese for clients who feel more comfortable connecting in their first language. She has experience across private practice, employee assistance programs (EAP), crisis support, and forensic settings.
Erica brings warmth, compassion, and authenticity to her practice. She takes a collaborative, person-centred approach, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
