Tabitha is a warm and compassionate Provisional Psychologist who supports clients in moving towards their personal goals with care and alignment.

Her experience centres around conducting therapeutic work in rural and low socioeconomic areas, where access to mental health support is minimal. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan and from rich sociocultural contexts and finds this range particularly rewarding.

Tabitha draws from therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT and Schema Therapy and has a growing interest in developing skills in DBT, EMDR and Internal Family systems.

Her perspective is shaped by a rich multicultural background, and this has given her deep insight into family systems, cultural dynamics, and associated mental health challenges. She values embracing these layers in the nuance of life and is passionate about helping others see the value in this for themselves.
