What Alex loves about working in mental health
“I love supporting people to see that mental health challenges are treatable and that recovery is possible. It is genuinely meaningful to walk alongside someone as they find hope, build confidence and skills, and move towards a life that feels more rewarding, connected, and true to who they are.”
