Amber Jones
Professional experience
Amber has experience supporting adults across a broad range of psychological presentations, including adjustment disorder, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. With over three years of practice in occupational rehabilitation, she has worked extensively with individuals navigating recovery and return to work, helping them build sustainable strategies for resilience and wellbeing.
Since February 2025, Amber has also been practicing part-time in a clinical setting, providing therapy for similar presentations. She draws on evidence-based approaches, primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to deliver interventions that are both practical and personalised.
Amber is committed to tailoring her approach to each individual, taking into account their unique challenges, strengths, values, and resources. She works collaboratively with clients to enhance coping strategies, support psychological recovery, and foster long-term wellbeing.
Warm, accepting, and compassionate, Amber creates a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
