Brittany is a dedicated mental health professional with a diverse background spanning the disability and forensic mental health sectors. She began her career supporting individuals with varying needs to enhance their quality of life, drawing on a person-centred approach to empower clients and promote independence.
More recently, Brittany has worked within the justice system, delivering targeted mental health interventions, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and supporting individuals navigating complex psychosocial challenges. She is passionate about helping people build resilience and achieve meaningful change through practical, evidence-based strategies.
Brittany’s work in behaviour change and mental health programs are tailored to each individual’s goals and circumstances. She draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to support sustainable and long-term outcomes.
