Professional experience

Chryso employs compassionate, non-judgemental and respectful clinical styles to support her clients in their mental health journeys. Most recently she has used her background in psychology to support clients with physical and psychological injuries to facilitate a safe and sustainable return to work. Chryso adopts a variety of therapeutic styles when focusing on her client’s individual needs and wants, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her clinical interests are broad, with experience addressing Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Adjustment Issues, Work Related Concerns, Substance Related Issues, Self Worth Issues, Chronic Pain, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
