Holly Fedczyna

Professional experience

Holly has two years’ experience working in an occupational rehabilitation setting, whereby she has assisted adults with both physical and psychological injuries including chronic and acute pain, depression and anxiety.

Additionally, Holly has experience working as a Wellness Consultant within the health promotion space where she assisted adults to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Holly draws from a number of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
