Kathryn utilises a wide range of therapeutic techniques to support her clients in building solutions and moving forward in their lives. This includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. With expertise in these techniques, she is well-equipped to support individuals living with anxiety, stress, work-related concerns, self-worth issues, anger management and grief and loss.
