Pratibha is a compassionate and collaborative clinician who values supporting clients during challenging periods and facilitating meaningful, lasting change. She is known for her nonjudgemental and empathetic approach, creating a safe space for clients to feel heard and supported.

She has over two years of clinical experience in Australia, working across EAP, workers’ compensation, grief and loss, trauma, parenting support, and stress management. Pratibha uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), supporting presentations such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, acute stress, and anger management.

Previously, Pratibha worked in a hospital setting in Nepal with a diverse client group across the lifespan, including individuals with complex mental health presentations and those undergoing stroke rehabilitation. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. In addition to English, Pratibha can offer sessions in Nepalese, Nepal Bhasa, and Hindi.
