Rose-Emily is a highly skilled and compassionate Provisional Psychologist with a wealth of experience in occupational rehabilitation and youth support programs. Her focus is on helping clients overcome psychological and emotional barriers, such as depression, anxiety, chronic pain,and adjustment disorders, so that they can lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. With a deep understanding of the challenges that come with both physical and psychological injuries, Rose-Emily is able to provide her clients with the guidance, support and tools they need to overcome their obstacles and achieve their goals.

In her work, Rose-Emily utilises a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her goal is to tailor her approach to the specific needs of each client, using evidence-based techniques to help them achieve their goals.
