Rashidah Fido

Rashidah has an eclectic therapeutic style, characterised by warmth and creatively and ensures that each individual feels seen, heard and supported.

Rashidah has expertise and experience with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy and expressive art therapies. She tailors her approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

Rashidah has experience working with children, adolescents and adults, across a wide array of mental health concerns. These include ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, attachment issues, complex PTSD, developmental disorders, grief and loss and stress and trauma. Rashidah has over a decade of clinical expertise across diverse settings including regional hospitals, Headspace, infant and child mental health services, and youth diversion programs.
