As a Registered Psychologist, Annie brings a wealth of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Annie’s approach with each of her clients is caring, compassionate and non-judgmental, together with a strong belief that there is no “one size fits all” for therapy. Annie tailors her intervention approaches on an individual basis that takes in to account each person’s unique difficulties, individual needs and personal strengths. In doing so, she draws on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Annie has experience providing support and psychological services to people experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, work-related stress and addiction. Annie also has experience working with children and adolescents with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disability.
