Michael is a Counsellor with 15 years’ experience coaching and counselling within private practice. His extensive experience has honed his skills to effectively address a range of psychological challenges. Michael’s clinical interests span a wide spectrum, including depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment issues, work-related concerns, self-worth, anger management, substance-related challenges, grief and loss and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Michael tailors his interventions to meet the needs of his clients. He can utilise Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Somatic Therapy to facilitate meaningful change. His therapeutic style is characterised by compassion, non-judgment and authenticity, creating a safe and trusting space for clients.
