Professional experience

Rosalind brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role. She has accumulated many years of expertise in both private practice and diverse social work positions across Tasmania, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia. Rosalind has contributed her skills to child protection, veteran support, Indigenous communities, prisoner support, individuals in rural and remote areas, humanitarian entrants and men’s mental health.

With a commitment to a person-centred approach, Rosalind tailors interventions to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families and communities. Her versatility is evident in her involvement in family and couple mediation, working with young homeless men, providing critical incident and rapid response support, writing court reports, and conducting professional assessments.

Rosalind’s philosophy embraces an eclectic approach, acknowledging that no single psychological theory suits every situation. Her dedication to understanding and addressing the specific concerns of her clients underscores her effectiveness in navigating diverse social work scenarios.
