Professional experience
Sarah is a Registered Psychologist with four years of experience working with a variety of mental health presentations for clients aged 12 and over.
Sarah has supported clients living with anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, stress, depression, drug and alcohol dependence, trauma, self-harm and suicide. Sarah is also experienced working with anger, self-identity, communication and assertiveness skills, relationship issues and eating disorders.
Sarah has been trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy and Schema Therapy. She is passionate about client-centered treatment and aims to identify client’s specific needs to tailor intevention plans to meet their goals.
Sarah believes in creating a strong therapeutic relationship with each client as an integral part of therapy and focuses on the client-therapist relationship. She enjoys helping people create meaningful lives driven by their values
